I love creating and managing new projects for non-profit organisation and charities. I'm into doing anything I can to help your organisation or group to tell its story - across multiple platforms - in a way that makes your target audiences embrace you.

Prior to Cheeky Upstart

For the last 8 years, I've been working in Wellington's not-for-profit and government sectors, in roles encompassing:

• Multi-platform marketing and communication management
• Mental health management, marketing and advocacy
• New project creation and management
• People resource management
• Skilled-volunteer programme creation, recruitment and management
• Web and graphic design team recruitment and management (I created a team  of 40+ and we built over 30 excellent, free websites for non-profit organisations and community groups with a regional and national presence)
• Work brokering, career coaching and employment creation

​I also have a background of creative success in private sector marketing, account management and new business development.
