Professionally, I've got a lot going on. Besides Cheeky Upstart... ​
  • For the last 3 years, I worked in counselling, relationship management, strategy development, marketing/comms and anxiety/addiction peer-support facilitation at the charity Mosaic. We specialised in clinical and peer-led trauma and sexual abuse recovery services for males of all ages. After 7 years, Mosaic closed in September 2021
  • I'm a certified facilitator of SMART Recovery, a science and evidence-based group programme that focuses on recovery from addictions and problematic behaviours
So I'm a busy little cheeky upstart!

For the last 11 years, I've been working in Wellington's not-for-profit sector, in roles encompassing:
  • Web content management coaching and training
  • Web, content and graphic design project team management
  • Multi-platform marketing and communication management
  • Mental health management, marketing and advocacy
  • People resource management
  • Skilled-volunteer programme creation, recruitment and management
  • Work brokering, career coaching and employment creation
